$200 Sewer unclog fee in the event banned products listed in our policies are used during your stay. Please see policy page for additional information.
All base rates include up to 2 people. Each additional person up to 5 people are in addition to the base rate. 5 persons to a site maximum. Pets are also charged in addition to the base rate with a maximum of 2 household pets per site.
Special Events are determined by Henrie's Hitch-N-Post RV Resort and are subject to change at anytime.
Four (4) month maximum at the discounted monthly rate. If you chose to stay longer than 4 months within a year, you will be charged at the weekly rate.
Owners are required to pick up pet disposal. If not, the card on file will be charged a $25 fee.
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please contact us at henrieshitchnpost@gmail.com with the subject line of "Cancellation" at least seven (7) days prior to your arrival date. Your one (1) night deposit will be refunded less a $20 processing fee per reservation. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation and no refund will be issued. If we can rebook your site(s), a full or partial refund will be made. You may also use the non-refunded amount in a future reservation in the same year it was booked, upon availability. If you booked your reservation more than 6 months in advance prior to your arrival date, the 2 night deposit is NON-Refundable.
Checking in early to a site, when available, will incur an additional charge of 50% of the value of the nightly site price.
Checking out late from a site, when available, will incur an additional charge of 50% of the value of the nightly site price.
