RESERVATION PROCESSING FEE

A non-refundable $2.50 processing fee is applied to each reservation at the time of booking. This fee helps to contribute to our online presence and reservation software fees.

SEWER UNCLOGGING FEE

A $200 fee will be charged if banned products (as outlined in our policies) are used and result in a sewer clog. Please refer to our policy page for more details.

PET CLEAN UP FEE

Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets. A $25 fee will be charged to the card on file if waste is not properly disposed of.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT (IF AVAILABLE)

Early check-in will be charged at 50% of the nightly rate.
Late check-out will also be charged at 50% of the nightly rate.

BASE RATES

Base rates include up to 2 people per site. Additional guests (up to a maximum of 5 people per site) will incur extra charges.

PETS

Pets are also charged separately with a limit of 2 household pets per site.

EXTENDED STAYS

Discounted monthly rates apply for stays up to four (4) months. Guests staying longer than 4 months within a calendar year will be charged at the regular weekly rate.

Special events are designated by Henrie's Hitch-N-Post RV Resort and may change at any time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel your reservation, email us at henrieshitchnpost@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancellation" at least seven (7) days before your arrival date. Your one-night deposit will be refunded, minus a $20 processing fee per reservation.
If you cancel with less than seven (7) days' notice, shorten your stay, or check out early, no refund will be issued unless we are able to rebook your site(s).
Non-refunded amounts may be applied to a future reservation subject to availability.

DISCOUNTS

VETERAN DISCOUNT
Veterans receive a 15% discount on one (1) site or room only. Additional sites or rooms will be charged at the regular rate. This discount is only available via phone or in-person reservations.

TO APPLY:
For phone reservations, text a photo of a valid military ID to 435.749.0534.
For in-person reservations, present your military ID at the time of booking.

GROUP DISCOUNT

A 5% group discount is available for bookings of ten (10) or more sites/rooms.
